regional track meet

on Sunday, May 25, 2008 I took part in the regional track meet in London, Ontario.
because of the fact that i pulled a muscle in my legs at my last track practis, and also because i just got a new gide rummer to run with me and we have not got used to running together yet.
despite all that i still some how managed to make provincials  in shot put even though it was 3:19 meeters one of my worce thros ever. They must of lowered the standards for me to qualify. Never the less  I am still happy I did.
provincials  is on July, 25.
I got a lot of time to practis and in prove and hopefully do much better then.
